Custom Mechanical Components
Core manufacturing competencies include Swiss Turning, CNC Multi-Axis Milling, Technical Ceramics, Precious Metal Products, Metal Injection Molding, Micro Springs, Stampings, and Wireforms. We also 3D Print micro components for quick turn prototypes. We specialize in micro mechanical components of complex geometries and very tight tolerances. For the medical market, we provide complete surgical instruments and instrument components including parts for ablation catheters. Our components can also be found in implantable devices such as pacemakers and drug delivery products such as insulin pumps. For the Industrial sector, we supply precision components for hydraulic valves, contact pins for electronics, automotive and sensor parts. We also provide a variety of parts for medical and industrial optics including sapphire windows, ball lens caps for laser diodes and custom fiber optic ferrules. As a vertically integrated supplier, we handle most, if not all, surface finishes, secondary operations, serialization, laser marking, kitting and packaging.

Gears & Motion Control
Precipart designs and manufactures high precision, custom gears, gearboxes and electromechanical assemblies for the most recognized names in the medical and aerospace markets. Our gearboxes can be found in powered surgical hand pieces and on the Boeing and Airbus family of jets. We manufacture gears up to AGMA Q12 quality.
