District heating is a highly efficient and sustainable method of providing heat to communities.
At its core, a district heating system uses heat sourced from central locations and distributes it
through pre-insulated pipe systems to end users in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Choosing a district heating system as opposed to individual solutions has major economic, environmental,
and social benefits.
To maintain consistently low heat loss over the entire service life of the distribution network, it is crucial to select a pre-insulated pipe system with adequate insulation thickness and a low thermal conductivity.

Additionally, incorporating a diffusion barrier between the outer casing and the insulation, depending on the pipe's dimensions, helps preserve the insulation's effectiveness throughout the system's lifespan.
A well-insulated distribution network ensures optimal operating efficiency and economic performance over its entire service life.

Industrial applications
Pre-insulated pipes for industrial applications require a broad range of different media pipes,
as they have to be able to carry all kinds of different products.
The temperatures range from minus 200° C to plus 250° C, and the pipe system can include tracer pipes for heat tracing and wires for surveillance, depending on customer requirements.Our customized industrial solutions stand out with factory pre-insulated, non-corrosive pipes ready for installation, requiring minimal maintenance.
The good news is that there is no need for supplementary insulation and protection,
and at the same time, one of the best insulations on the market is obtained.

The pipes are easy to clean and tolerate strong detergents and high-pressure cleaning.
