FLEXIBLE TURBINE SELF-PRIMING PUMPS

The pumps that make up the Yunk Industrial series have bodies made entirely of 316L stainless steel or brass, being equipped with various motorizations. Due to their studied construction design, they only have one moving part, without gears and without metal-to-metal contact, characteristics that significantly reduce their wear and guarantee continuous service. They do not need lubrication. They are versatile and perfectly adaptable, because the pump body can be placed in 4 positions, which allows the mouths to be positioned according to the need for installation. The body of the pump is eccentric with respect to the turbine, due to the fixed cam that is integrated. Due to this eccentricity the volume that is created between the turbine blades changes when it rotates. When the vanes lose contact with the cam, a depression originates that causes the aspiration of the fluid into the chamber. The fluid is transported to the outlet and the vanes come back into contact with the cam, producing an increase in pressure that drives the liquid outwards. The pumps are self-priming. The priming is instantaneous (30 s). They can rotate at any angle and in both directions of rotation. THEY CANNOT WORK IN A VACUUM. They are suitable pumps for volatile or viscous liquids. They are not recommended for highly abrasive products, due to the wear of metal parts. Slightly abrasive or sandy solutions can be moved normally.
