Antistatic foils for the electrical and food industries - Product

MIKROTEN® M * S film containing permanent antistatic agent (PAS) was primarily developed for packaging explosives. It can be used in the electrical industry to package a wide range of products (eg electronics with integrated circuits) that can be damaged by electrostatic discharge. Permanently antistatic film for the electrical engineering industry can also be used in the food industry for the packaging of powder materials. Foil can be used as a semi-finished product for the production of other packaging (bags, sacks, hoses, camisole bags or other products). There is no other manufacturer of these special foils in the Czech Republic.

The protected trade name MIKROTEN® for single-layer blown HDPE films is the best-known trademark of the product in the recent history of Granitol, a.s. The brand has become a symbol for this type of product in Central European countries, similar to the generalized Xerox or Lux brands. The permanently antistatic film won the COVER OF THE YEAR 2010 award.
