CD&L, Inc. is a national full-service provider of customized, same-day, time-critical delivery services to commercial, industrial and retail customers. The Company's services are provided throughout the United States, but concentrated on the East Coast. As of December 31, 2002, CD&L had acquired 15 additional time-critical ground and air delivery businesses and sold its ground courier operations in the Midwest, one of its contract logistics operations and its air courier division. CD&L offers the following delivery services: rush delivery service, routed services, facilities management and dedicated contract logistics. The Company operates from 57leased facilities and 33 customer-owned facilities in 21 states.
